  • Which insurances do you participate with?
    We participate with most private insurance plans. We do not participate with Medicaid plans or Emblem Health/HIP/GHI. For a full list of insurances, please visit our Insurance page. We suggest logging into your insurance website to double check that we participate with your specific plan, as occasionally there is a plan that is not covered.   • Who should I contact regarding a billing question?
    Please contact our billing supervisor Kimberly at Billing@flatironpediatrics.com.
  • Can I speak to a doctor after hours?
    Please call the main office number at any time to be connected to either a doctor on call or a pediatric triage nurse.
  • Do you have office hours on the weekends?
    Currently we do not have scheduled office hours. Please call the doctor on call if you need assistance on the weekends.
  • Do you accept walk-ins?
    No, please call the office to schedule an appointment prior to coming to the office.
  • How do I contact you with non-urgent questions? Do you have a portal?
    Please send any non-urgent questions to our secure email address Port@flatironpediatrics.com. We do have a portal, but for communication purposes we recommend using our secure email address.
  • How should I contact you with urgent questions?
    Please call the main number 516-588-3888 to be connected to the front desk, or call 911 for any emergencies.
